For access or correction requests, use the same address and tell us what you would like us to review.

What to include

Tell us that your request concerns Pomodoro Timer and describe the data you want us to review or delete.
If you previously contacted support, use the same email address where possible or identify the relevant correspondence.
If your request concerns a purchase, you may include your Google Play order ID to help us locate the relevant record.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. If we need more information to locate your records or verify your request, we will explain what is needed and why.

What happens next

We review requests manually. We check which personal data we can identify, consider your request under applicable data protection law, and arrange deletion where required, including with service providers where applicable.

We respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receiving your request. If a permitted extension is needed because of the complexity or number of requests, we will explain the reason and expected timing within that first month.

Our response will explain the outcome, including any data we could not identify or delete and the reason. If we must retain certain records for a legal obligation or another applicable exception, we will explain the basis and relevant retention period or criteria.

What a request can cover

Support correspondence. We can review personal information in your communications with us.

Analytics and diagnostic records. An email address alone may not identify records held under an app or device identifier. We will check whether relevant records can be located and what action is available with the provider. Submitting a request does not automatically delete those records.

Data stored only on your device. We cannot remotely delete data that is stored only on your device. We can help explain the relevant steps for removing it.

Google Play purchases. A data request does not itself cancel a subscription or request a refund. Google handles payment details under its own privacy terms; our review concerns information we hold or control.
