Who we are
AppFx is a research business and application operated by Fluteris MB, Laisvės al. 84B, Kaunas 44250, Lithuania. This policy covers our website and research tools. Contact: info@appfx.eu.
Research tools and Google API data
Our research tools are currently used internally by our team. The Google Ads API integration is configured for our own Google Ads account and is designed to retrieve aggregate keyword ideas, search volumes, competition and bid estimates for market research. It does not request access to visitors’ Google accounts, Gmail, Drive or Contacts, and does not provide public Google sign-in.
We store research statistics in private research files and analyse them using our software and AI-assisted tools to assess demand and business opportunities. These keyword statistics describe aggregate activity, not individual searchers. Access is limited to our team and providers used for this analysis; we do not sell the API data.
AppFx’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Website visits and enquiries
Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses, requested pages and browser information, to deliver and protect this website. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
If you email us, we use your contact details and message to respond and manage the enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in business correspondence or steps you request before a contract. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need a reply address to respond.
Optional analytics and your choice
With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits, page views, engagement and contact-link clicks. It processes browser identifiers, page and referring-site information, device details, timestamps and approximate location. Our tag disables Google signals and advertising personalization. We do not send email message contents. Preview and public-site measurement use one stream.
Google Analytics does not load before you allow it. Declining leaves the website available. We remember your choice in browser storage for up to 180 days; analytics cookies with the appfx_ga prefix expire within 180 days without extending their lifetime on each visit.
You can withdraw consent through “Analytics settings” below or in the footer. Withdrawal stops analytics and clears its cookies on this site. If your browser cannot save a choice, the control explains how to clear a previous choice. Choices are separate for each website address and browser. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. The Pomodoro Timer policy and request pages do not run website analytics.
Providers, security and retention
Google provides email and analytics services; Cloudflare hosts the website. Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
We restrict access to information to those who need it for the purposes described here. We retain correspondence and research records while needed for the enquiry, research purpose or legal obligations. Analytics event retention follows the property’s settings; aggregated reports may remain longer. Browser-cookie expiry does not delete previously collected reports. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. Email info@appfx.eu. We may need information to verify your request and locate records; an email address alone may not identify an analytics record.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority, including Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate. We will update this policy when our practices change.
